What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I have always struggled with sleep and insomnia. I researched what I can do that could make me sleep better at night and found that a few simple daytime habits and nighttime routines improved my sleep quality. Since I love sharing I decided to write this book and help others see how easy it is to get a good night's rest.

Are you struggling to sleep? Well, go outside when the sun is shining.
“Why,” you may ask. Light exposure (or lack of it) influences your circadian rhythm. Your circadian rhythm is your body's way of keeping time without having to look at a clock. The effectiveness of this internal clock affects your brain, body, and hormones. But for your internal clock to work as nature intended you need to be out in natural sunlight or be exposed to bright light during the day.
The benefits of exposing yourself to daylight are that you will have more energy during the day and you will improve your nighttime sleep quality and duration. Scientists have proven that doing this will help with insomnia and will reduce the time to fall asleep by 83%. Two hours of bright light exposure can increase the amount of sleep time by up to two hours.
Daily light exposure will not only help those struggling with sleep, it can improve the sleep quality of average sleepers as well.
If you are limited in getting exposed to natural sunlight during the day then it can help to invest in an artificial bright-light device or bulb.
