I’m a Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach, specializing in helping people change their lives and create healthy relationships with food.
I have presented more than 50 health and nutrition classes worldwide and created hundreds nutrition plans and programs for my clients.
I enjoy traveling, yoga, and meditation. I also love books, but most of the time I spends in the kitchen cooking and experimenting with recipes.
What inspires you to write?
I love cooking since childhood. I wish the food was delicious and healthy. I was inspired by the desire to help people choose their own way in vegetarianism.

Amazon is a very popular web-site, but publishing there is really easy.

Future is for eBooks I think.
