What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
My work with students suffering from and coping with anxiety and sensory issues was the basis this book. The Adventures in Behaviour Series I started as a way to help other children, parents and staff supporting children challenged by mental health, behavioural issues, organic diagnosis. I wanted to offer something fun but offering ideas for coping. Danny is a bit different than my other two books. It was a fun book to write.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
I found my characters through my work and just applied my imagination to combine all the kids I have known struggling with anxiety and sensory issues.
