How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
I write action packed, adrenaline filled thrillers. If you’re looking for a feel-good cozy, this isn’t for you. But if you like to be kept on the edge of your seat while at points, laughing out loud, then you’ll enjoy the Leah Ryan thrillers.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Write, write, write, and write some more. The more you write, the better you’ll get at your craft. Read as much as you can. Reading will always help you become a better writer. The more you read, the more you will be able to spot excellent writing and follow suit with your own writing.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I wanted to write a thriller about a strong woman in a mostly male populated job. Leah Ryan is also flawed. She isn’t your typical heroine. But she does have a social conscience, hates bullies, and can kick some serious booty.
