Author Lieutenant Raymond E. Foster, LAPD (ret.) joins BookGoodies podcast host Deborah Carney for an interview about his books, how he started, advice for new and established authors.

Lieutenant Raymond E. Foster, LAPD (ret.) spent 24 years with the Los Angeles Police Department. He is the author of nine books and over 50 articles on subjects ranging including, technology, the history of policing, leadership and terrorism. An experienced lecturer he has been an adjunct faculty member at three large universities.
