‘When You Can Why Not?’ is a collection of seventeen short stories which talk about, how many of us are ignorant about the various existing Indian Laws and Acts which are there to protect us from anyone flouting these rules. These stories are a fictional take on our daily life and tell us about our legal rights and the recourse we have towards domestic violence, child marriages, child labour, acid attacks, workplace harassment, maternity leave benefits, cutting trees, usage of high beams in city limits, library rights, LPG Insurance, LGBT rights, live-in relationships, polluting lakes, National Green Tribunal rules, Open Prisons and filing a complaint from home.
All the stories are taken from daily experiences of our life which we encounter on a daily basis, the readers will be able to relate to all the stories which are entertaining and at the same time enlightening and insightful.

Targeted Age Group:: 15 and above

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
The incidents happening around me prompted me to write this book, as an educative and awareness building resource

How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Most of the characters are inspired from my real life, while writing about a character I had some of my know friends in mind
