What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I wrote this book to bring awareness to the public about the risk of terrorism using new nanoscience technology. Today the world worries about rogue nations and terrorists deploying nuclear weapons or conventional weapons in major cities. However, biological terrorism is just a real a threat and maybe even more so. Waterkill points out the reality of this type of threat.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
I developed my characters around famous high tech entrepreneurs that are focused on improving the world with the technology that they develop. In regards to the bad guys, I emulated some of the most notorious characters in history.

He reached down with his right hand and felt blindly into the open green knapsack resting on the ground next to him. Pushing downwards through the cushioning foam, his hand nervously clenched around a small steel tube that he had been given thirty-six hours earlier by a masked stranger. He did not know what was in the steel tube, and nor did he care to know. All that mattered was that tonight he was doing Allah’s work.
