What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Sunrise Reflections Journal was born from my own journey and the experiences of my students and colleagues, who, like so many, wrestle with daily stresses, distractions, and the need for more intentional focus. In my teaching and personal life, I’ve seen how taking a few mindful moments each morning can transform an entire day. I wanted to create a tool to help others slow down, truly savor the present, and approach their days with clarity and purpose. This journal is designed to encourage that mindful approach, gently guiding readers to pause, reflect, and set positive intentions to carry through their day.
