A. Ravi Shankar has been a television journalist and Producer of news and current affairs programmes for nearly two decades. He has not only worked as an active television journalist but also taught the subject at the post-graduate level. Covering stories of human interest has been his passion. He has travelled length and breadth of India covering issues that touch people from different walks of life. He is an MPhil in Journalism and Mass Communication and holds a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Cardiff, UK. What Inspired You to Write Your Book?Budding Television Journalists and Citizen Journalists many times are present at the right place at the right time and are able to capture an important event. But without the required skill sets, their stories are weak and footage shaky. To make their stories better I wrote this book.
