About T.L. Gibbs:
As a child I had a high metabolism and was able to eat whatever I wanted without anyone telling me no. I wish at that young age someone would have taught me the importance of eating healthy. Instead as I got older and my metabolism slowed down, I had to learn that myself. I needed to learn what to eat and how to cook it. So I took the time to learn and implement these new things into my life and I wanted to share what I learned with others who are also wanting to learn how to eat and cook healthy.
What inspires you to write?
I was inspired to write health based books because I know there are many of you just like me that need to know how to cook and eat healthy.
Tell us about your writing process.
When I go to write a book I prefer to make myself an outline. I like to do it old school style, pen and paper. It helps me to remember my outline better and think better.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I published my book through M3 Publications on Amazon Kindle.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think print books will always be more loved than digital books, only because I like to see and feel the pages that I am reading. But on the other hand I think that digital books will stay popular, especially for short reads.
What genres do you write?: Health
What formats are your books in?: eBook
