What inspires you to write?
Nonhuman animals and the Earth inspire me to write and continue sharing my stories as well as theirs. They are suffering, and I need to be the human voice for them, as most of us can't speak or understand their language. I thank the universe for spiritually awakening me to the truth of the interconnectedness of all life and understanding that I am in everyone and they are also in me. And because of this, I need to share this knowledge with other people, planting seeds of love within them.
What authors do you read when you aren’t writing?
I am inspired by Will Tuttle, Mango Wodzak, and Casey T. Taft.
Tell us about your writing process.
I just feel and envision what needs to be said and what I feel within me needs to be told. I share my stories and the stories of the nonhuman animals and the Earth. I connect deeply to the microcosm and macrocosm mainly through ambient music and being outside in the presence of nature.
What advice would you give other writers?
As a nonfiction writer, I tell people just write from your heart, never conform, be positive, loving, and believe and envision in your dream(s), books, and your goals and purpose. Never give up, even if you fall many times and people criticize you.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I didn't think anyone would publish my books, and that is why I self-publish through Kindle Direct Publishing (Amazon). I can write basically what I like and share it easily with the public.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Great! Books, physically and electronically, will always be around.
What genres do you write?: Nonfiction, soon fiction (at least one in the future).
What formats are your books in?: Both eBook and Print, Audiobook
