About Massimo Moruzzi:
Starting in 2000, I have worked or consulted for a number of start-ups from more countries than I can probably remember: Germany (Ciao); France (Meetic); Italy (Ennunci); Sweden (Twingly); Italy/Ireland (Zzub); Denmark (Atosho); Spain (Ducksboard); and now Canada (Transit App).
Unenthused about banner ads from day-1, I started a blog at dotcoma.it well before it was fashionable to do so, and later wrote a Book on the web, advertising and social media:
What Happened To Advertising? What Would Gossage Do?
What inspires you to write?
I like writing. And I feel like I have an obligation to expose some of the bullshit in this world.
Tell us about your writing process.
I just open Word and write. Sometimes I sketch ideas or paragraphs on paper, put them in a box and later go back to them and incorporate them in what I previously wrote in Word.
What advice would you give other writers?
Just do it.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
Nobody would publish my books, so I did it on my own.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Amazon won the game. Full stop.
