About Karen and Kathy Sills:
Karen and Kathy are identical twin sisters. They were born in Holland Michigan, but raised in Mississippi. They love to write and cook. Karen and Kathy write children’s books, but one day they hope to have a novel published. Karen and Kathy also dabble in writing Poetry.
The Twins have a dream of being a best seller with their books. Also, they would love to own their own bakery or food truck one day. Growing up they always had a vivid imagination, and now as adults they still do. Their muses work over time.
Kathy and Karen writes books for young kids that always has a learning experience. They want children to feel like their books is a best friend, and one that they will want to reread again and again.
Kathy and Karen are twin writers on the rise to success. They hope that their viewers will follow them to the top. They know without their fans their writing would not be successful. They thank everyone who takes interested in their books!
What inspires you to write?
Kathy and Karen love to entertain kids through their writing. Watching a child with one of their books keeps the inspired to write more!
Tell us about your writing process.
We currently have one cookbook out titled: Two Heads In The Kitchen, and a dip cookbook in the makings titled: Two Head In The Kitchen Swimming In Dips. They have three children’s books out. The first one Feelings, Feelings, Feelings was self published by Rosedog. The Storm In Jillian’s Room, and then Wiggle Worm’s Shape Adventure was done by PDMI Publishing. They are currently working on a Wiggle Worm series titled: Wiggle Worm’s Colorful Week. Book one: Monday Is Yellow Day which will be done by PDMI.

When we write we become our characters.
What advice would you give other writers?
Read and write, read and write! Reading is a good way to get inspiration. Writing every day helps strengthen you as a writer.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
We did not go with one until we check their backgrounds! We wanted to be sure that they were good!
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
We feel that the future of book publish is going to become better and better as time goes on!
