What inspires you to write?
I grew up in a Jamaican household and learned many delicious traditional recipes… especially, jerk recipes. One day, I wanted to try something new and realized that there were no books out there with a collection of different jerk recipes. So, I decided to write one myself!
Tell us about your writing process.
I’m a combination of both styles. I outline my ideas and “wing it” in between. I test out different versions of my recipes and tweak to what works better.

Write a cookbook focusing on an unusual food you love or a common food done in an unusual way which people would be curious to try.

I chose to publish through Amazon Kindle because it was easy!

One day soon, print books will be the minority.
