About Arturo Nava:
Arturo Nava is a Brand Builder, Author and Founder of Logra tu Dream a top podcast in a mission to help Latinos & Latinas achieve their American Dream.

Arturo has interviewed more than 50 of the most inspiring and influential Latinos, Latinas and Latin-inspired entrepreneurs and leaders on Logra Tu Dream. He was inspired to write this book by the stories of people like Gaby Natale the president of Super Latina TV, Deldelp Medina Founder of Avion Ventures, Manny Ruiz the founder of Hispanicize and many other amazing people who have overcome obstacles to turn their dreams into reality.
Arturo was born and raised in Mexico City and came to the US in the late nineties to follow his American Dream to build better life and start a family. His ticket to his new life in the US came via his acceptance to the MBA program at Harvard and via scholarship he won to finance his studies.
Once in the US, Arturo became an entrepreneur and brand builder. After his first venture didn’t work, he spent 13 years marketing top brands in the Latino and General Market at Fortune-500 companies like P&G, MillerCoors and Marketealo, his own consulting firm. He is currently the Marketing Director of Nuestro Queso, an Illinois Hispanic dairy company.

After living in the US for more than 17 years, he was deeply inspired by the stories of struggle and triumph of many Latinos and Latinas who are pursuing their dreams of a better life for their families. He saw that many times standing in the way of their dreams was a lack of access to inspiration, mentorship and business coaching from successful Latino/a role models. Arturo realized that his mission was to do his part in helping other Latinos achieve their dreams. So he decided to start the Logra Tu Dream podcast in which successful Latinos and Latinas share their stories to inspire and mentor Latinos and Latinas to help them get closer to their dreams.

His biggest blessings are his two precious kids, his close knit family, his loving girlfriend, his good friends and good health.

His definition of success: “The ability to be able to do what makes you happy.

What inspires you to write?
My precious children to whom I am dedicating this book so that they can dream big and turn their dreams into reality.

The 54 million hardworking and brave Latinos & Latinas living in this country for inspiring me to start Logra Tu Dream and write this book.

The more than 50 inspiring Latinos, Latinas and Latin-inspired entrepreneurs and leaders for sharing your stories and mentorship on the Logra Tu Dream podcast, which made this book possible.

Tell us about your writing process.
1. Mindmap on notebook for all book and then per each chapter
2. Outline for all book and then per each chapter
3. Writing first draft at least 30 minutes a day or whole weekends if I missed time during the week.

What advice would you give other writers?
Just take massive action and don’t let fear stop you. If I could do it you can too.

How did you decide how to publish your books?
I self-published as you get 100% control, a higher % of royalties and it is much faster. I would only recommend going through a publisher if you are big name in your field.

What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Going to way of self publishing
