How To Set And Achieve Any Goal: 7 Keys To Maximize Your Potential started off as a simple blog post that I felt was never really “complete.” With all hopes to inspire as many people around the world as possible, I began writing my personal keys to achieve any goal. This book is attributed to God, life’s roller coaster, my family, mentors and close friends. Without you, none of this would be possible and I extend a great debt of gratitude for all of your support and encouragement. This book is the result.

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. An attitude of gratitude is the foundation by which faith and restoration is activated. Becoming grateful for the little things in life restores our reality, reinforces our beliefs and allows us to become better receivers. A wretched man may feel an overwhelming sense of confidence and worthiness when he has an attitude of gratitude. Your goals will begin to look more promising by taking on an attitude of gratitude. We live in a world where bad things happen to good people but the key is how we respond to them. For he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. That’s just a fact of life. The best way to alleviate the stress of the rainy days is by taking on an attitude of gratitude.

Close your eyes and think of all that you are grateful for starting with your life and begin to expand to your family and so on. Think about how grateful you are to have the gift of life, to be able to breathe, to see, hear and to think freely. Be grateful that you are able to connect with God and that he is looking out for your best interests. Be grateful that he wants to express his greatness through you. Begin to think about your relationships and how grateful you are to have them in your life. Mediate on this for as long as it takes until you start feeling more like the great individual you really are.

This is the beginning of a greater appreciation and value for the life that you have and your connection to the creator which reinforces faith. Being grateful for everything that you come in contact with prevents you from falling into competitive state and keeps your mind focused on abundance and possibility. Gratitude also keeps your mind from pondering thoughts of any limitation as if the supply is limited. Having an attitude of gratitude is a natural law by which all action and reactions are equal in opposite directions. This means that if you have abundance but do not show gratitude you will eventually lose it. On the other hand, if you lack in abundance but show gratitude, abundance will soon follow. Same goes if you lack abundance and do not show gratitude, you will continue to live with the lack of abundance because you do not show that you want more.
Our actions preceding from gratitude brings us closer to the things we want in life. The reaction becomes instantaneous towards you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
