How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
I finished writing Gilded Feathers which is a Paranormal Romance NA series and I have an idea for a completely different genre – Paranormal allows your brain to dig deep into thoughts that if I explained them to other people I think they would think I was crazy! With this next novel, it’s completely different, I have to push aside the insanity and dig into deeper feelings.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
#1. Don’t give up, never give it up. Even if it is something that you left for a few years – if you like it, if you love it, think it’s great, pick it up again.
#2. Be proud of yourself for writing a book – before it goes anywhere, even if it is only going to be sitting on your hard drive or in a journal – that in itself is an amazing accomplishment.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?Truthfully, I was watching my FAVOURITE show Ancient Aliens when I asked myself – what if this was turned into a love story? It started off as what I thought was just a passing idea and when it refused to leave my head I wrote it down and expanded on it some until it became an obsession I just had to complete.
