When reluctant clairvoyant, Meggie Kain absorbs the memories of a stranger’s erotic encounter with what she mistakenly believes to be a Succubus, she finds herself claimed, tainted with darkness and forced to fight for her freedom.
Meggie has only ever wanted to be normal, but now she must join forces with Jim, who has unknowingly been bound to the entity, and his roommate, Kyle. She is drawn to the men – tempted into delving into the darkest parts of her psyche and sexuality, with no choice but to break down the protective mental barriers she’s spent her life hiding behind.
Following instincts strangled by years of self-suppression, Meggie joins Jim and Kyle in a carnal triangle, using her lovers’ energy to amplify her ability. She concocts a dangerous plan that just may save them, though failure will leave them all trapped in the demon’s bond.

How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
When I write fantasy or horror, I love delving into old legends, even obscure legends. I’ve traveled extensively and heard amazing tales of different creatures, some common and some not. I’ve heard variations on the same theme and new ideas that were completely different from the norm. I love exploring these things in my stories. I also love exploring emotion through sex, which allows me to take an emotion to the next level, through the natural progression we humans have no choice but to embrace in reality. I bring it to the pages, the highs and lows, the sappy stuff and the stuff with a harder edge.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Be flexible. I always start out with a plan, a plot, a progression – but I do my best to keep it vague so my story can be fluid and natural when I write. I never try to force a scene, I let the characters develop as I go. Magic happens when an author loosens the reins and lets the imagination take over.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Somewhere along the way, demons and other paranormal monsters stopped being monstrous. They became tragic heroes, misunderstood with an underestimated humanity. Don’t get me wrong, I love those stories, but I thought to myself – what happened to the evil creatures being evil? And Demon’s Bond popped into my head, nearly fully formed, with a demon that is truly demonic, pure evil and determined to win at all costs. My main characters fight an uphill battle, testing their will and their faith, with no guarantee of success.
