What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I'm a huge fan of supernatural and paranormal books. I grew up on YA books such as goosebumps and graduated to reading Ann Rice, Jeannine Frost, Charlaine Harris, and several other authors. I'm a huge fan of Zombie movies and comic books. I always loved writing and began putting my ideas on paper.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
My characters were developed according to the storyline. A heroine, a villain, a few allies, and more enemies, were just gathered and developed inside my own head. I've also placed characters in real-life events.
Book Sample
As Angel watched the children splash water at each other, she felt a cool shiver run up her spine. She trembled for a second then brushed it off, thinking it may have been a passing breeze. The sun shined intensely on Angel’s forehead; she took a few steps back to step into a shaded area. At that moment, Angel felt another trickle of coolness run up her spine followed by the soft sounds of voices.
“Hello,” said Angel softly to no one.
Angel stood frozen in place, but her eyes darted around the room wondering if she had just imagined the voices. Just when she had given up, the whispers returned.
