Just do it! Using our voice in written or spoken word is one of the most powerful ways to share your gifts with the world. It doesn’t get less scary, just breathe and allow yourself to begin transferring what’s in your heart and soul onto paper.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
As a practicing psychotherapist, I began to notice a theme among my clients; no matter what their primary concern for seeking treatment, most were also struggling with some form a sleep challenge. After seeing the success and relief my clients began receiving as I shared the collection of holistic sleep tips I compiled over the years, I was inspired to reach a more global audience with this valuable information and so 44 Holistic Tips For Peaceful Sleep was born.
