“I Love You My Baby” is a photographic journal about a very special little wildcat cub, named Myshayo whose amazing eyes you’ll remember forever. He is a Geoffroy baby, one of the smallest wildcat cubs in the world. His powerfully protective mother Shanta tells how she takes care of, loves and protects, her baby in the first days and weeks after he is born. When he’s a little older, he begins to walk on a leash and play in the grass and in the garden. A lovely photographic essay about an amazing mom and an exquisite cub.

How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
I really don’t understand this question. Are you asking how writing about the dynamics of a parental relationship in the wild cat genre differs from writing a cookbook? Are you asking how my photo-essay (journal) of a mother cat and her baby differs from another writer of the same genre? For me, the first is obvious. The second would have me know of someone else who is writing a child’s book about a mother and baby wild cat growing up in their home. Unfortunately, I don’t know of anyone to compare myself to.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
This may sound trite, but write about what you know. You are an original. Your eyes, your feelings, your filters in life are original. Honor yourself as an original. What you, as a writer/artist/creator will be yours. Reach inside, listen to the passion, the feelings, the direction of your soul.
