When I was a little girl like Lucy, I wonder the same question: Why is the following us? Because of that I created developed story and then the book.

How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Lucy is in part how I imagine myself as a child. Lulo is the companion that every kid would love to have for an adventure, including myself as a grown up.
