Three aliens siblings were traveling in their own universe but were snatched by an anomaly and catapulted to our own. They crash land on earth, with a hard landing. But they are determined to return home.
As they struggle to survive on earth while trying to repair their ship they meet a stray dog, a homeless woman, a junk salesman and a disgruntled employee. The siblings manage to make these contacts and more without revealing their origins.
But 2 eight year old boys know they’re not from this world. The boys try to convince adults of their knowledge without any luck. One worries about the nature of the aliens intent. The other begins to wish he could go to their home world when they leave…

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I found a neat, almost abandoned spot in the middle of my city while bird watching. It seemed a good place for aliens to stay while fixing an crashed space ship. It would not be a permanent place to stay, but a temporary oasis.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
My aliens were created purely by imagination. I have nieces and nephews who influenced the boys in the book, though none of the characters are based on a single person. The stray dog was based on a nephew dog, who is adorable and very silly sometimes. The other human characters are mixes of people I know and my own imagination.
