When Yulvia woke up in a world full of diabolical men, deadly Mutants, and where the very earth is ones enemy… she did not know what to do. All alone, Yulvia’s heart immediately told her to search for her only hope of returning to a somewhat normal life, her family. However, in a Post-Apocalyptic world, it is far too dangerous for Yulvia to travel alone. Thus, she receives the help of Vlad, an uncaring man fitting of an uncaring world.

Post-Apocalyptic is a difficult, strange Genre to write in. Just like any other Genre one must stay focused on their goal and setting, which is difficult when the Genre can be so open ended. Many people expect certain things in Post-Apocalyptic books, although one does not need to always provide what is seen as required. It’s difficult to also make characters and worlds in Post-Apocalyptic books that are both likable and believable. However when accomplished, a great book is born.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Write what you enjoy. Not just the topic, but the setting, theme and characters. I believe that you’ll produce the best work when writing that which flows easily. Hate a character your writing? It will show through to the readers, and they too will hate that character. The best characters are written when they are loved by the author, same with the world and setting.
