Never give up. If writing makes you happy, if it truly makes you feel complete, then keep writing. Study the craft, the business side, everything you can get your hands on. Read. Not just in your genre but in others as well – broaden your reading horizons. You never know when an idea will hit you and from where, so keep reading and keep writing.
