What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I needed an escape from reality when I was a kid, reading and writing always gave me that. I've had a vivid imagination as far back as I can remember. Writing this book full of the monsters I designed in my head helped me avoid the monsters in real life.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
I imagined what a strong woman would be like for my main character. Then I knew I needed an image that matched her story and went from there. The side characters were developed around what monsters and personality they held inside of them.
