Kim Essex is very passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and our communities by encouraging people to make healthier lifestyle choices and start living a healthier and happier life. Her dream is to help inspire a new era of health and wellness.
Kim received a certificate in Fitness and Nutrition in 2005. Her husband, John, is currently studying sports medicine to become a NASM certified personal trainer. Together, they co-author Fitness Coach Blog – a blog that helps people transform their lives by providing essential information on fitness, nutrition and supplements.
In the past, Kim worked as a freelance copywriter for businesses in the fitness and nutrition industries. She completed specialized courses in copywriting and business marketing writing. Kim has volunteered as a newsletter editor for The Last Chance Ranch Sanctuary in Kingman, Arizona and as a creative copywriter for Paws in the City in Dallas, Texas.
Kim enjoys being active and spending time outdoors with her husband. Some of their favorite activities include working out, walking, hiking, biking and camping.
