What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
After going on holiday a few years ago to Thailand, I saw the way that elephants were treated in certain tourist attractions. It was horrible and it is something that has stayed with me since. Since then, I have always wanted to write a children’s book promoting better treatment of animals all over the world. This year has given me so much more free time to write this book and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
I really enjoyed creating these characters. For the most part, they are all very innocent characters and that helped me shape my narrative in a way that I hope children can relate to.
