Tell Us About Your Blog
I run two blogs: WWBB is for showcasing authors. The review blog (this one submitted here) is a reviewing only blog. I endeavour to read and review three books a month. Already I have a waiting list and because of the amount of email requests I now price my reviews (£5).
Why Did You Start a Book Blog?
I heard lots of authors complaining that their book wasn’t selling and the didn’t know why. ‘If we can’t get sales then how do we hope of getting a review?’ they said.
I came up with an idea of reviewing their sample: book cover, title, blurb and a sample chapter (from look inside on Amazon/SW etc). If the book didn’t grab me, I’d review the sample to my blog. If the book blew me away, I’d buy the book and review as normal.
What Kinds of Books do You Review?
All, except: Porn, strong erotica or non-fiction (unless it’s about writing).
What advice would you give new book bloggers?
Don’t review books of friends unless you want to become friendless very quickly.
What Formats of Manuscripts or Books Will You Accept for Reviews?
eReader formated , Print book only

Please read the submission details carefully. Submitting your book for a review may only lead to a SAMPLE review. I read most books and prefer to BUY your book rather than receive a free download.
This service is advisory as well as a review site, and to secure a review my fees are listed in the submission guidelines:
