What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Margaret, the Duchess of Burgundy, is not well known yet she accomplished much during her life…including promoting the first book to be printed in English. I wanted to tell her story in as engaging a way as I could.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Margaret came from a famous family involved in the War of the Roses. Naturally, I wanted to include her brother King Richard III. I then expanded to fictional relatives who could provide some humorous characterizations.
