What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I always like a feisty little guy who actually has a big heart and can bring everyone together: this is the carrot in this story.
I am a big fan of picture books in providing visuals for big picture issues such as fear and the unknown.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
I paint a lot of rabbits, so it made sense to include one. I like dogs because they usually have heaps of personality. And I like eating carrots. I put all three together 🙂
