The poems and photos in these collections span a lifetime of experience and are collated from a personal collection dating back to the 90’s. So why publish them in 2013? A brush with death and a changed life as a result forced a major reassessment of every area of life. The decision to publish was partly wanting to share parts of my story while I still could and partly wanting to be self sufficient and be a constructive member of society whilst being medically retired in my 30’s.

Author Bio:
Neville Hiatt was born in the 70’s in a country town in the south east corner of Australia.
From speech therapy as a child to an international career in radio a road accident threw a spanner in the goals ambitions and plans that were in place up to that point.
Now life holds promise but it has to be fought for harder than ever before.
Sharing these poems and photos are done in the hope of inspiring others to share their life stories to encourage others.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?a step in the right direction of re-establishing my life. I’ve learnt one of the best weapons in fighting depression and anxiety is constructive activity and working on this book and the two proceeding it have been a positive distraction.
