Poetry, I believe, tends to be a bit more impromptu and emotional than other forms of writing. It is not necessary to write full sentences, therefore the process is quicker and perhaps more naturally inspired. It is also more rhythmical than other forms of writing. When writing poetry, the poet has to consider how the words sound and flow.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Just keep writing. Write as much as you can. Then one day, you’ll realize you have a book!

I am a South African/Croatian writer. I spent my childhood in South Africa and my late teenage years in Croatia. After that, I spent some time hopping between Africa and Europe. My lifestyle has allowed me to gain varied insights about life from different people and places. I have many interests, which come through in my writing.
