Tipper, the happiest dog, has a dream in which her friend, Jonathon the seagull and the Flying Squad, teaches her to fly. The Flying Squad is composed of Tipper’s long time friend, Jonathon and his girl friend Susie, two huge pelicans, P.J. and Joey, a cormorant named Charlene and her brother Charlie.
