What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I want to not only entertain with a quirky story but also instill hope in all singles, not just boomers. After several marriages ending in divorce and death, I feel a need to inspire others in my situation to move on and start dating again without fear.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Sylvia's story is inspired by a real-life dating coach who organised singles events in the pre-internet era. The dating guide was drawn from material from a team of singles experts as well as personal dating experience after divorce and loss.
