What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
To be honest I am not sure. I just enjoy writing books for kids and trying to help children understand things that I believe to be important. I wrote another book about discussing death. Then I wrote a book about helping Soccer Coaches connect with kids. To me there are too many bad examples out there where kids are 2nd place to adults, and it should always be the opposite.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
The main character is Edward the worm. There are other characters but they are just background. I don't know why I went with a worm, but everything eats worms, so it made sense because Edward is definitely the underdog. He is scared, but while he is scared he is also trying to make his own path in life.
