What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Do you write poetry? If so, great! If not, why not? It doesn’t require a special skill. It only requires that you open your heart and mind to allow your thoughts to flow freely. Then you write them down in short phrases, with each short phrase on a separate line. Once you’ve accumulated a bunch of these short phrases, you’ve written a poem. You are now a poet. Every time you feel the need to express yourself, write a poem. If you write one poem every other day, you’ll have a collection of 182 poems. Then you can publish them collectively as a poetry book.
