Now I want to spread this information and help other people overcome their challenges that are keeping them away from achieving the body, health and lifestyle they truly desire.

“Every savory dish should contain all 5 flavors: sweet, sour, bitter, salty and spicy. It does not mean that all 5 flavors should be equally expressed. For example, if you’re making a raw tomato soup, it should have all 5 flavors in it, but salty and sour will be dominant.
If you want to create master pieces you will need to go through a lot of trial and error (good news is that you can almost always fix it with raw food). For example, you taste your raw blended soup and feel that something is missing but cannot quite clearly understand what. What you can do is go through this ‘checklist’ in your mind and figure out which flavor is missing. The checklist also includes some ideas on which foods and spices could compliment your dish:”
