About Tiffany Lynn Peppers:
Writing is my passion, my way of expressing my innermost thoughts and feelings. I have a diploma in Freelance Writing, and have been writing for 18 years. My very first book, ‘Poetry of Tomorrow’, was published in 2007. In addition to poetry, I write stories, novels as well as lyrics. So far, I have written 10 books.
What inspires you to write?
What inspires me to write is inward passion, the joy of expressing myself. I really enjoy the idea of being creative and creating things with my imagination.
Tell us about your writing process.
Well, when I publish I do a few rough-drafts and then the final product is drafted in Microsoft Word. If I need illustrations, then I pay a small fee on websites like clipart.com.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
Do I talk to my characters? No, but that is such a good idea.
What advice would you give other writers?
Well, my honest advice is to make sure you have a message to give when you write and that you are passionate about your work, and that you just have to share it with the world. With that mindset, you’ll be able to publish, and publish and just keep on writing.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
First, I used a vanity press to publish my first book, ‘Poetry of Tomorrow’. After that, I did a lot of investigating and I decided to self-publish with Create Space which I’m happy about.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I used to be skeptical about e-books when they first came out, but now I love them. I love the idea of downloading books, for a lower price and you don’t have to wait to for it to ship. It just downloads in seconds.
What genres do you write?: Literary Fiction, Drama, Literature, Fiction
