About Tammy Aiken:
I am an author from Turners Falls Massachusetts. I was featured on Mass Appeal to promote my cookbooks. Received my diploma April 7, 2002 through Thomas Education Direct for Catering & Gourmet cooking. I was featured in Wordsmith magazine US writing articles.
What inspires you to write?
Helping people with celiac disease have a safe and no worry dessert. Knowing they are happy and can enjoy desserts again and their Holidays!
What authors do you read when you aren’t writing?
Alex Guarnaschelli I love the way she puts her self out there.
Tell us about your writing process.
I create all my own recipes when I do this I write my recipes down. When I know my recipe is a go then I type my recipes up and add my recipes to my cookbook.
What advice would you give other writers?
Tell your stories in your own words people like to see who you really are.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I wanted control of my books I wanted to be self publishing.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I don't think there is any I believe publishing will stay the same
