What inspires you to write?
I’m getting old. If I don’t write it down all that accumulated knowledge, experience and, most of all, memories will be lost.
Tell us about your writing process.
I mindmap first then essentially write a detailed contents page. the information then gets filled in under each heading and the subsequent revisions line it all up in a logical order.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I’ve self published for this first one, mainly to tick off writing a book on my “life goals” list. It’s heartening to get such great feedback on a first attempt.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Everyone will always need information, inspiration and escape. The format in which they receive this may change but the heart of it will be books.
