Sam LeHardy is an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) with more than 2 decades of PC experience. He worked as a Genius at an Apple retail store in Massachusetts where he was a mentor, trainer, and recipient of two empathy awards. He now focuses on helping people understand Apple devices on a broader scale — through eBooks, his website, and instructional YouTube videos. He lives in Massachusetts with his girlfriend and one cat.
What inspires you to write?
My family, my friends at Apple who believed that I could share my knowledge with others through the written word.
Tell us about your writing process.
I write in the morning, about 45 minutes after waking up. I sit at the computer, and when the words come, the words come.
What advice would you give other writers?
Just do it!
How did you decide how to publish your books?
My mom suggested that I should be helping others like her.

Big publishing is dead!
