Tell us about your writing process.

For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
Most times my characters come to me in my dream. They talk to me, they tell me what they like and don't. Sometimes when I am having difficult with names and all that, they tell me what to call them.
What advice would you give other writers?
