He is a Hall of Fame salesperson with Millions of dollars in direct sales. He has simultaneously built a marketing organization of over 4,500 people, and a construction company that produces over 1 Million in sales annually.
He speaks frequently at personal growth seminars sharing his mastery of how to achieve BIG goals while living a dream fulfilled life. Alongside his business success, Justin and his wife, Sara, spend several months each year traveling. They are both advocates of sustainable living and holistic health. What inspires you to write?
Most of us have a turning point in our lives – a time at which we ask ourselves, “What is my purpose in life?”
For me this defining moment occurred on an otherwise very ordinary day. I had just finished a long day of work in sales, and was pulling into my driveway when a young man jumped out of a Red Eclipse, and started running towards me with a gun in his hand.
I could see the desperation on his face, and knew that my life was in danger so I began screaming for help. I took off running across the lawn towards my front door with him in hot pursuit. Much to my dismay the door was locked, and he stood five feet from me pointing a pistol at my chest, asking for money which I did not have.
All I knew to do was throw my hands up in the air and began repeating loudly “GOD HELP ME”.
The Sustainer of The Universe answered my prayer because, remarkably, the young man simply turned and fled.
After this incident, I remained in a state of shock for several days, reflecting on how precious life is – and how it can be taken away without a moment’s notice. During this time, I made the decision to change the way in which I had been living. I knew that I wanted to spend more time with my family and friends, and to make a greater contribution to the world around me.
It was a process, but over time I came to realize that helping others was something I needed to do more of.
As a child, my parents taught me that true happiness comes from doing whatever brings your heart peace. They also emphasized how important it is to treat people and nature kindly, and to find a way of giving back to the world. These principles now echoed strongly in my mind.
I knew that publishing books was a great way in which to reach out and impact a lot of people. I had several friends who had published their first books, and watched as they began to live the life of thier dreams – touching the lives of others while earning a passive income.
Then one day, in a moment of reflection as I sat by the lake in my backyard, I wondered to myself, “Why don’t I write a book?” From that moment on, I was unstoppable.
I spoke to friends who had published books, I read books, attended seminars, and watched as many instructional videos about self-publication as I could.
Before long I had spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours learning from the best mentors possible. I came to believe that if others could write a book which turned into a best-seller, there was no reason why I couldn’t.
Eleven weeks before I sat at my desk to push that all-important “publish” button, I set out on a quest to fulfill my dream of becoming a best-selling author. I know that if I, and many others have done this – so can you!
I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but if you have any desire to write your own book there is no better time than now. We are living in phenomenal times where the internet and social media has made self-publication incredibly easy. It is now possible to inspire people across the globe with a single book! In the next Chapter I will explain in detail why I believe that everyone should take advantage of this great opportunity to share their story and insights.
Just keep in mind that anything worthwhile involves some sacrifice. Even as a child, when you tackled that 100-piece puzzle, or assembled a model car you had to chip away at it every day. But remember how proud and accomplished you felt when you put that last piece in place? Well, the process of writing and publishing a book is the same.

For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
What advice would you give other writers?
Finish one book at a time, set daily goals, and get that done first thing in the morning. Oh yeah, take cold showers it will help you focus!
How did you decide how to publish your books?
Self Publishing is the best way to go! You get to keep your creative rights, keeps all the royalties, and market your book how you want to. I teach exactly how to do this inside Book Launch Formula and my online course
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think it's a very bright future. Ceo of Amazon released that e-book sales are up each and every year. Especially as more and more people get access to the internet.
