About John Lengsfeld:
My name is John Lengsfeld and I am a Seafood Chef. I started in the fish business when I was 14 years old working at my uncle's fish store on long island. As the years passed and I finished college all I wanted to do was be in the business I so widely loved- I kept creating recipes and writing them down knowing one day I would write a seafood cookbook series. Well, I did it- I started my first book out of 4- with seafood appetizers and each book represents a section like a menu. I add different entertaining tips and fun ways to cook. Cooking with Johhny Fish!
