What inspires you to write?
I like to laugh, and writing makes me laugh a good bit, so I write.
Tell us about your writing process.
I have no process. I write when I feel like. The key is to not burn yourself out. Don’t set a daily word limit. Don’t do shit like that. It’s like being on a diet. You set yourself up for failure if you expect to lose ten pounds a week, every week.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I listen to my characters sometimes, but they’re very annoying, so I try my best to ignore them. I never talk to them. I don’t want them to know anything about me, especially where I live.
What advice would you give other writers?
Have fun writing. Your chances of success are very slim, so don’t write for fame or fortune. Just have a good time writing and maybe you’ll make it or maybe you won’t. Either way, you’ll enjoy the ride.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
No one wanted to publish me, so I published myself.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think digital is going to keep progressing. From a business sense, how can it not. It costs nothing to digitally create a book. A paper book, you pay for the paper, printing, binding, and time. A digital book, just upload it and hit send.
What genres do you write?: Horror, Crime, Suspense and steamy Romance
