What inspires you to write?
I am inspired by life itself, my imagination and my internal world. Love is a very present subject, but also very complex. It really colors the human experience, and the mental processes of the individual.
Since childhood I have been inspired by Walt Whitman, Lord Byron and Oscar Wilde
What authors do you read when you aren’t writing?
Walt Whitman, Lucy Maud Montgomery and Henry David Thoreau
Tell us about your writing process.
I am a relaxed person, I like to write in pajamas and slippers.I have a tea with milk, maybe some cookies, and I begin to write my ideas, without letting them pass. I delve into those ideas, and that. it gives me the opportunity to learn more about myself and my history.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
Of course, especially when I write dialogues. I imagine what one of my characters would say, in the face of a situation presented in the story. Or what they would think. I even represent them, to feel more sure of the attitude and gestures that a character takes.
What advice would you give other writers?
I would tell you that now is the time to share the most beautiful things you have in your inner world. The world needs love more than anything, hope and a little bit of magic.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
When I finished it, I decided to share it with the world, because I knew that I wanted to carry a message of love, hope and magic. In the context of the pandemic, I felt that many young people and adults needed it.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think it is up to us as individuals, to fulfill the responsibility of doing quality work, and as readers, to give the opportunity to new works, which can captivate our minds.
