What inspires you to write?
For my novels…the idea of being whipped into another life inspires me to write about that other life.
For picture books…other picture books inspire me to write. Images basically rule my world.
Tell us about your writing process.
Seat-of-my-pants writer and drawer always. I am an impatient sort.
What advice would you give other writers?
Believe in yourself.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I think the world of publishing has changed massively over the last decade and will continue to do so. I think self-publishing is a viable option for those who can self-promote [I am still learning this]. Publishing has become a more level platform and so it should.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Ebooks will become a driving force for all fields.
What genres do you write?: Children’s/Picture Books; Young Adult; New Adult; General fiction
