About Crystal Mary Lindsey:
Crystal Mary Lindsey is a retired healthcare professional, widow of Raymond, a Vietnam Veteran and past U.S. Marine. She is also a mother, and devoted grandmother.
She discovered her passion for writing following her retirement from the demanding world of hospitals.
Her hobbies include art, reading, gardening, and research, plus touching lives for Jesus whenever possible.
Her profound appreciation for the transformative power of reading ignited the spark that led her to embark on a writing journey. She has an unwavering goal to encourage and inspire her readers to a more contented state of mind.
As a spiritual Christian, Crystal has been touched by many unexplainable human experiences, which occasionally find their way into her stories. These add depth and intrigue to her narratives and create a unique and compelling blend of spirituality to her storytelling.
Crystal lived and worked in Tennessee with her husband, first as a counselor and after completing medical Boards, as a specialist R.N. In 2007, Raymond decided they would move back to Crystal's home in Queensland, Australia. She has remained there since Raymonds accidental death in 2022.

AWARD WINNING AUTHOR (Editor's Choice and Readers Favourite
What inspires you to write?
I am inspired to help others by following the example of Jesus. While some people never venture beyond their home or state where they are born, reading books has the power to transport them wherever they desire to go.
What authors do you read when you aren’t writing?
I have many favorite authors. I like the old English female authors, Jean Plaidy, Victoria Holt, Katherine Cookson. Corrie Ten Boon, that marvelous inspirational Dutch author. For American, my choices have been Hal Lindsey, and Dr Norman Vincent Peele. So many.
Tell us about your writing process.
After retiring from the busy world of hospitals and seeking to fulfil my days I began to write. My retired husband wanted me at home and so began my life Blogging and getting to know others with the same interests as my own.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I am not the typical writer. I do not use the office because that was my husbands 'Man Cave.' He was killed in a motorcycle accident in Tn two years ago.
But I still sit in a recliner, legs elevated for comfort and type away as inspired by what to write. It just comes to me, and I believe that I am God inspired.
What advice would you give other writers?
If you feel inspired to touch lives for the better good, then go for it. You will never know that you can do unless you try.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
Like many authors I felt unsure what to do and how to proceed in the beginning. It took a bit of stumbling and getting to know other authors and listening to their opinions before I decided to self-publish.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Sadly, I feel that more and more writers will use artificial intelligence instead of writing from their own minds.
What genres do you write?: Christian Inspirational Romance.
What formats are your books in?: eBook, Print, Both eBook and Print
