About Carin Weldon:
Hello, my name is Carin (pronounced Care-In) Marie Weldon. My current role is a passion and enthusiasm for songwriting and singing. I have a few original A Cappella micro songs on YouTube. I also obtained an associate degree in Exercise Science, and I have a Financial Coach Master Training Certificate of Completion. My goal is to give hope and encouragement to others so they can find a way to love themselves by not allowing others to put them down and treat them poorly. I plan to share how to be assertive and set healthy boundaries. My most significant achievement is perseverance throughout my life despite many trauma-related events.
What inspires you to write?
My recent writing titled "Archer and Alyssum: Addiction and Love" is how I get a story out of my head and on paper. Writing is healing and hopeful. Sharing a story about how it was before, what happened, and how it is for me now is important to me so I can try to help others in similar unhealthy, dysfunctional, and toxic relationships involving alcohol addiction.
What authors do you read when you aren’t writing?
The Bible, Andrew Carnegie, Napolean Hill, James Allen, Earl Nightingale, Louise Hay, and Dr. Peter Hirsch.
